Where are the assessments performed with Ergo/IBV saved?

The assessments performed with Ergo/IBV are saved in files with a .ergo extension.

These files containing the Ergo/IBV assessments are saved in the working folder chosen by the user.

In order to make it easier to select working folders, users can create shortcuts to the working folders, and as many bookmarks as they wish.

If users want to share the assessments with other colleagues, they can do it by choosing as a working folder a networked or shared storage unit which can also be accessed by the other colleagues in order to share the assessments.

The Import or Export functions are also available in the Tasks or the Workstation menu if you want to exchange tasks or workstations between work folders or among different users.

You can get more information on this subject in Chapter 3 of the user manual “Operation of the Application”, through the Ergo/IBV application -> Help Menu -> Manual.

If you do not have an internet connection, see the FAQ I have no internet access, how can I see the user manual?

If you have any questions, send this information to your system administrator or IT staff.
