No Ergo/IBV license has been detected; if you have a commercial license, you can activate it now. Do you want to activate a commercial license?
This message appears when Ergo/IBV is run and the computer on which the application is installed does not detect the commercial license required to run it:
- If you have a commercial license which has not been activated yet, press the “Yes” button and follow the instructions for its activation
- If you have a commercial license which has been activated, the computer on which the application is being run does not detect it, see the FAQ If a PC does not detect the license already activated on another PC or server of the same company, what could be the problem?
- If you do not have a commercial license and would like to purchase one, you can do it asking the IBV customer service through the on-line Request information form.
