Can the activated software license be changed from one computer to another? What should I do if I activated the license by mistake in the wrong computer? Do I have to unregister the computer with the activated license, etc.?

The current software license allows to be transferred to another computer than the one that was originally activated.

If the license has been activated in the wrong computer, if you are going to unregister the computer having the activated license, or if the computer is going to be reformatted, before you unregister the computer you must ask IBV Costumer Service via email atencion.cliente@ibv.org to transfer the license.

The IBV Customer Service will start the process to transfer the software license.

If the user wishes to activate the software license on a different computer from that on which it was originally activated, and the migration of the software license implies an additional cost to the IBV, it shall be paid by the user.
