If the computer on which the Ergo/IBV application is installed is not in the same local area network (LAN) as the computer on which the software license is activated, what are the options to work with the purchased commercial license?

You have the following options:

  • Select the Terminal-Server configuration to install both the application and the software license on a server that has Windows Server with a license to use Terminal Services in order to use the application simultaneously.   • Remote a computer that has the Ergo/IBV application installed and which is in the same in the same LAN as the computer that has the license activated.
  • Connect the computer that is not in the same LAN to the company network via "VPN".
  • Ask IBV Costumer Service via email atencion.cliente@ibv.org about purchasing an additional license.
