I have the Ergo/IBV application v15, v16 or v17. How can I upgrade to the v18 version?

If you have Ergo/IBV v15, v16 or v17, and a valid support service, you should follow the steps provided by the IBV Costumer Service via email in order to upgrade to v18

The update of the Ergo/IBV application must be done by an administrator user on the computer that already has the previous version installed. It is recommended to first uninstall the previous version from the control panel and then install the new version received

If you have not received this email, ask atencion.cliente@ibv.org to send you the instructions to upgrade the application to Ergo/IBV v18, specifying the number of the versión you are currently using, and attaching a screenshot of what appears in the screen when entering this link: http://localhost:1947/_int_/features.html, which will show the license detected and the computer on which it is activated, so that we can send you the relevant instructions.
