“Unable to read the specified .v2c file”

This message is shown if, during the update process, you are not choosing the update .v2c file, but trying to enter a code or other text.

To update a software license that is already activated, you need an update file for that license with a .v2c extension.

If you have purchased an update to the latest version available, or if the update is required because you purchased an additional module, the IBV customer service should have sent it to you by email.

If you cannot find the updat .v2c file, send an email to atencion.cliente@ibv.org with a screenshot of the message shown and ask them to provide you the appropriate .v2c file.

If you have any questions, send this information to your system administrator or IT staff.
