“An error occurred when activating the license: The remote server returned an error: (407) Proxy Authentication Required"

In order to automatically activate the software license, check that port 443 is opened (https://licencias.ibv.org). The error occurs because this port is not opened in the proxy server that should be installed in your company. Check the information on the Ergo/IBV License Activation window and verify that you meet the requirements.
