This message is shown when the software license protection against cloning activates. In order to solve this issue, you should ask atencion.cliente@ibv.org for a license replacement by reporting the error and attaching a screenshot of what is shown on the screen when typing on the computer that is running Ergo/IBV the following link: http://localhost:1947/_int_/features.html

Protection against cloning is more restrictive on virtual machines, that is why we advise you to activate the license on a physical computer.
