If I encounter a new technical problem with the Ergo/IBV application, how can I contact the IBV?

A option to report a technical problem through the “Technical Support” link has been incorporated in the application left side menu.

Once you log in with your access details to the Occupational Health Community, click the “Technical Support” and the form to report the technical problem will appear.

The fields detected by the application will be automatically completed.

You must fill in all the required (*) fields and press the send button.

The IBV staff that provides technical support to the Ergo/IBV application will contact you as soon as possible to solve your issue.
